Description

Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff, including sales associates, customer service representatives, and other personnel, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed.
Ensure that all customers receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Oversee day-to-day operations on the floor, including opening and closing procedures, staffing assignments, inventory management, and cash handling processes.
Train new hires on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance.
Conduct regular performance evaluations for floor staff, providing feedback, recognition, and corrective action as necessary to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
Drive sales and revenue growth by setting and achieving sales targets, promoting upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate replenishment orders to ensure adequate product availability and minimize stockouts.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation on the floor, ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations, and industry standards.
