- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day activities on the assigned floor.
- Supervise floor staff and ensure duty rosters and shift coverage.
- Act as a point of contact for patients/customers and address concerns.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline on the floor.
- Coordinate with nursing, housekeeping, security, and administration teams.
- Monitor service delivery and adherence to SOPs.
- Handle emergencies and escalate issues to management when required.
- Maintain records, attendance, and basic operational reports.
- Support crowd management and patient flow.
- Ensure compliance with hospital / organizational policies.
