Floor Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Act as single point of contact for all patient concerns, coordinate admissions/ transfers/ discharges, take patient feedback on daily basis, provide concierge service 24/7, escalate operational issues to respective department heads on timely basis to ensure premium service levels, update service charges and running bill details to patient on daily basis, clear patient billing queries, process patient documents for insurance/ reimbursement, collect cash/ payment for services prior to procedures or at the time of discharge, coordinate admission/ discharge processes, liaise with cross-functional departments for resolving patient complaints.
