Description

Install, test, and commission fire protection systems and equipment, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting systems.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of fire protection systems in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Identify and troubleshoot system malfunctions, leaks, and other issues, and perform repairs or replacements as needed to ensure optimal system performance.
Perform periodic inspections and testing of fire protection systems and components to verify compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
Conduct flow tests, alarm tests, and functional tests of fire suppression systems, and document test results and findings accurately and thoroughly.
Coordinate with building owners, facility managers, and regulatory authorities to schedule and conduct required inspections and testing activities.
Respond to emergency service calls and alarms to address system failures, malfunctions, or other emergencies.
Perform emergency repairs, replacements, or temporary fixes to restore the functionality of fire protection systems and minimize downtime.
Coordinate with emergency responders, fire departments, and other agencies as needed to mitigate fire hazards and ensure public safety.
