Job Description

1. Implement and monitor fire safety policies and procedures across the facility.

3. Conduct regular fire drills, mock exercises and safety training for staff.
4. Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, statutory norms and hospital/building guidelines.
5. Identify fire hazards, conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
6. Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors for upkeep of fire safety systems.
7. Act as first responder during fire emergencies and manage evacuation procedures.
8. Liaise with local fire department for inspections, approvals and certifications.
9. Maintain fire safety records, logs, reports and statutory documentation.
10. Support internal/external audits and accreditation requirements related to fire safety.
