Description

Manage all aspects of the company's financial accounting, reporting, and analysis functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial reports, and provide analysis and insights to senior management.
Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets, mitigate financial risks, and ensure the integrity of financial data and reporting.
Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop budget plans, forecasts, and financial projections aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identify variances, and provide recommendations for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and profitability improvement.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure sufficient funds for operations, investments, and debt obligations, and optimize cash management strategies to maximize returns.
Coordinate the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors, preparing audit schedules, and addressing audit findings and recommendations in a timely manner.
