Andrology Lab

1. Hire, train, deploy and retain andrology technicians through LM.
2. Define SOPs and ensure adherence (through LM).
3. Ensure andrology lab TATs are maintained and improved.
4. Upkeep of equipment in andrology lab.
5. upskilling of team, newer instruments, newer protocols, process improvements.
6. Ensure weekly, monthly reports are prepared, published and reviewed.

Embryology

1. Hire, train, deploy and retain embryology technicians through ELD.
2. Define SOPs and ensure adherence (through ELD).
3. Ensure embryology lab TATs are maintained and improved.
4. Upkeep of equipment in embryology lab (through ELD).
5. Upskilling of team, newer instruments, newer protocols, process improvements.
6. Tracking of costs of embryology work.
7. Define SOPs for working with partners, identify partners, manage the partners - for PGTA, ERA, etc.
8. Ensure weekly, monthly reports are prepared, published and reviewed.

Clinicians

1. Hire, train, retain and manage all clinicians.
2. Define clinical practice SOPs and adherence to that.
3. Responsible for success rate of GarbhaGudi.
4. Ensure clinical justice is done to every couple who comes into GarbhaGudi.
5. Ensure adherence to ethical standard by all clinicians at all times.
6. Ensure proper utilization of clinician time.
7. Oversight on IVF conversions, revenue and costs.
8. Perform fertility audits to check clinical workup and documentation of clinicians.
9. Ensure weekly, monthly reports are prepared, published and reviewed.
10. Participation in conferences, events as applicable.
11. Build clinical expertise of clinical team and reputation of GarbhaGudi.

Treatment protocols

1. Setup a committee to define and oversee the clinical practices of GarbhaGudi.
2. Define clinical treatment protocol SOPs and ensure adherence to that.
3. Monitor the working of this committee and do the required changes to ensure best treatment at all times.
4. Participate in webinars, seminars and events to adopt the latest and greatest in treatment protocols.
5. Bring in industry experts to advise, audit and improve treatment protocols.

Academics, Research and publications

1. Assign and manage the SPOC for GGIRHR academics and research work.
2. Set KRAs for clinicians and embryologists to drive them towards a research culture.
3. Ensure good quality research is done adequate papers are published in high impact journals.
4. Collaborate with other organizations to work on research and publications.

Success rates

1. Responsible for the most important aspect of GarbhaGudi - IUI and IVF success rates
2. Define targets and SOPs for maintaining high success rates, ensure adherence..
3. Work with all stakeholders to ensure highest success rates.
4. Define SOPs to manage low success rate scenarios, participate directly in these reviews.
5. Identify newer ways to improve success rates - better media, equipment, consumables, training, infrastructure, technology, protocols.
6. Ensure weekly, monthly reports are prepared, published and reviewed.

Innovation

1. Reduce time-to-conceive.
2. Reduce cost-to-conceive.
3. Identify newer ways to do old things.
4. Identify avenues to improve patient experience through technology and process changes.
5. Collaborate with GGIRHR and other partners to bring in innovation into treatment.

Partnerships

1. Own the concept of holistic approach to treatment.
2. Identify, collaborate and manage partners for the holistic approach.
