<ul><li>Assist in the design and development of new pharmaceutical formulations (oral, topical, injectable, etc.).</li><li>Conduct pre-formulation studies including compatibility, solubility, and stability testing.</li><li>Prepare prototypes and optimize formulations through lab-scale and pilot-scale batches.</li><li>Document formulation development, experimental data, and results in accordance with regulatory and GMP guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with analytical R&amp;D, QA, and production teams for method development and technology transfer.</li><li>Support scale-up activities and process validation for commercial manufacturing.</li></ul>
