Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, including restaurants, bars, catering, and banquet services.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to create innovative menus that align with customer preferences and market trends.
- Determine pricing strategies that balance profitability with customer satisfaction.
- Monitor food and beverage quality to ensure it meets or exceeds established standards.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections.
- Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and support staff.
