Description
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the overall food and beverage strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
- Menu Design & Development: Oversee menu planning and development, ensuring offerings meet market demands, dietary trends, and brand identity.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control food and beverage costs, labor costs, and overall expenses to maximize profitability.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of food and beverage offerings through regular inspections, staff training, and quality control measures.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and train the food and beverage team, including chefs, servers, and support staff, to maintain high service standards.
- Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with food and beverage suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining a high standard of service, food presentation, and ambiance.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes to maintain a safe working environment.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecast sales, and analyze financial performance to ensure the profitability of the food and beverage department.
- Marketing & Promotions: Work with marketing teams to design and implement promotions, events, and initiatives to increase food and beverage sales and enhance brand presence.
