<ul><li>Manage daily warehouse operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of GRN, stock issues, transfers, and ERP entries.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and reconciliation.</li><li>Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and ensure proper labeling and storage of all materials.</li><li>Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Procurement teams for smooth material flow.</li><li>Supervise loading/unloading and safe handling of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.</li><li>Monitor warehouse cleanliness, equipment, and adherence to safety and GMP standards.</li><li>Track expiry, damaged, or non-moving stock and report for timely action.</li><li>Assist in internal/external audits and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.</li></ul>
