Description

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
Manage inventory levels, ensuring products are stored properly and stock levels are maintained according to company needs.
Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveries.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
Track inventory movements and manage stock records, using warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure accurate reporting.
Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring high performance, adherence to SOPs, and operational efficiency.
Monitor and address any operational issues or discrepancies, including inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shipping delays.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth material flow and meet production or customer demand.
Prepare reports on warehouse performance, including inventory turnover, stock levels, and order fulfillment rates.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives, such as optimizing warehouse layout or automating processes, to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
