Job Description

1. Head the Quality function and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, customer, and internal quality standards.
2. Establish, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO/IATF/GMP or relevant standards.
3. Lead internal, customer, and third-party audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Monitor quality KPIs, analyze trends, and present performance reports to senior management.
6. Oversee root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and risk management activities.
7. Manage customer complaints and quality escalations, ensuring effective resolution.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and R&D.
