Description
- Research & Development: Participate in the planning, execution, and analysis of R&D projects to develop new products or improve existing ones. This includes designing experiments, conducting tests, and interpreting results.
- Project Management: Manage or support R&D projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with project goals and specifications.
- Innovation: Identify and explore new technologies, methodologies, and trends to contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
- Data Analysis: Analyze research data and generate reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Use statistical tools and techniques to interpret complex data sets.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of research activities, experimental procedures, and results. Prepare and review technical reports, presentations, and publications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and manufacturing, to ensure successful implementation of research findings.
