Description

Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure product quality.
Conduct audits and inspections to assess compliance with internal and external quality standards.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
Monitor and evaluate product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Review and approve quality documentation, including test plans, specifications, and reports.
Conduct training sessions to educate employees on quality standards, compliance, and best practices.
Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.
Manage the investigation and resolution of customer complaints related to product quality.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards, such as ISO, FDA, and GMP.
Generate and present detailed quality performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
