Job Description

1. Implement, maintain, and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) across the organization.
2. Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and internal SOPs for all quality processes.
3. Conduct internal audits and support external/regulatory audits.
4. Review and update QMS documentation, including SOPs, policies, and forms.
5. Track quality metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
6. Support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) implementation and follow-up.
7. Coordinate with production, QC, and QA teams to ensure QMS compliance.
8. Conduct training sessions for employees on quality systems and procedures.
9. Assist in risk assessment, change control, and document control activities.
