<ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations of OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) production lines, ensuring compliance with SOPs and cGMP standards.</li><li>Monitor critical process parameters during granulation, compression, coating, and packing operations.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, QC, and warehouse teams for smooth production flow and timely batch release.</li><li>Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records and production documentation.</li><li>Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</li><li>Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve production targets.</li><li>Participate in process improvement, scale-up trials, and new product introductions.</li></ul>
