<ol><li data-list="bullet">Execute and supervise dry syrup manufacturing activities including sifting, blending, filling, and sealing.</li><li data-list="bullet">Operate and monitor dry syrup processing and filling machines as per validated parameters.</li><li data-list="bullet">Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and safety standards during production.</li><li data-list="bullet">Maintain and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), logbooks, and related documentation.</li><li data-list="bullet">Perform line clearance, equipment cleaning, and changeover activities.</li><li data-list="bullet">Monitor in-process quality checks (IPC), yields, and deviations; take corrective actions as required.</li><li data-list="bullet">Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse for smooth production flow.</li><li data-list="bullet">Supervise operators and helpers, provide on-the-job training, and ensure discipline on the shop floor.</li></ol>
