<ul><li>Plan and execute daily production activities as per the production schedule.</li><li>Monitor the production line and ensure efficient use of manpower, machinery, and materials.</li><li>Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and quality standards throughout the production process.</li><li>Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, minimizing downtime and wastage.</li><li>Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning departments for smooth operations.</li><li>Maintain accurate production records, batch manufacturing records (BMR), and documentation.</li><li>Train and supervise operators and shop-floor staff on safety protocols and operational procedures.</li></ul>
