Job Description
- Supervise and execute day-to-day packing operations to ensure timely completion of batches.
- Operate and monitor packing machinery such as blister, strip, cartoner, and labeling machines.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety standards, and product quality requirements throughout the packing process.
- Maintain accurate documentation including BMR/BPR, packing records, and equipment logbooks.
- Conduct line clearance, in-process checks, and verify materials before batch start.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Planning, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and assist in preventive/breakdown maintenance.
