Description

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, identifying their eyewear needs, and assisting them with frame selection, lens options, and eyewear accessories.
Conduct comprehensive eyewear consultations to understand customers' visual requirements, lifestyle preferences, and budget constraints.
Recommend appropriate lens options, coatings, and treatments based on customers' prescription, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences.
Accurately measure and fit eyewear frames, ensuring proper alignment, comfort, and functionality for the customer.
Process eyewear orders, including entering prescription information, selecting lenses, and coordinating with the optical lab to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, stocking merchandise, and conducting regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
Educate customers about eyewear care, maintenance, and warranty information to prolong the lifespan of their eyewear and ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) by actively promoting add-on sales, upselling products, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay informed about current eyewear trends, lens technologies, and industry developments to effectively assist customers and provide expert advice.
