1. Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, water, air, and finished products.
2. Conduct sterility, bioburden, endotoxin, and microbial limit tests.
3. Monitor environmental conditions in clean rooms and production areas.
4. Prepare, sterilize, and maintain culture media and reagents.
5. Record and maintain microbiology test data and documentation.
6. Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and biosafety guidelines.
7. Investigate out-of-trend or out-of-specification microbiological results.
8. Support validation, media fill, and disinfectant efficacy studies.
