Description

Conduct microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Perform microbiological analysis using techniques such as PCR, microbiological culturing, and sterilization validation to detect and quantify microorganisms.
Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring cleanliness and proper calibration for accurate results.
Develop, validate, and optimize laboratory procedures, ensuring adherence to good laboratory practices (GLP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Analyze data from microbiological tests, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to senior management and other relevant departments.
Investigate microbiological issues, including contamination sources, and recommend corrective actions to improve product quality and safety.
Ensure proper disposal of biological waste and adherence to safety and environmental guidelines in the laboratory.
Monitor and maintain the microbiological stability of products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations such as ISO, FDA, or GMP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and R&D, to implement microbiological quality improvements and solve technical issues.
