Description
- Follow up with customer for order, shipment status, post shipment update, payment, tenders etc.
- Generating market lead, working on export data for developing new business.
- Approval of proforma, order login in system, internal follow up for timely execution of order.
- Follow up and reminders on quotation submitted.
- General administrative work.
- Candidate with good writing skill in English, working well with excel, data search, email communication is needed.
- Assisting Export manager for the routine correspondence with the parties.
- Reply and follow up on business inquiries and Offering quotation, keeping its records and timely follow up.
- Conduct Primary & Secondary market research related to Product, market potential, Competitor and price mapping.
- Planning, budgeting & forecasting for assigned countries with given product range.
- Coordinate with Agents, Ministry and Health officials of individual countries for timely submission of product registration requirements.
- Coordinate also with internal departments like PMT, Regulatory affairs, F&D, Production, Marketing, R&D, Accounts etc.
- Maintain product registration data of all overseas buyer and update it.
- To prepare for & participate in various domestic & international exhibition/trade events.
- International tender bidding- Preparation of documents and to coordinate with other dept. for submission of tender requirements.
- To prepare & get approval of Proforma of exporter, prepare and approve packing specification, coordination with production coordination team for smooth completion of order and timely delivery.
