Job Description
- Oversee maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ensure proper functioning of DG sets, UPS systems, medical gas pipeline systems (MGPS), and fire safety systems.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services.
- Maintain engineering logs, maintenance records, and compliance documentation.
