Description

  • Annual price revision exercise for existing and new launch, Points to consider during price exercise: Competitor Price Mapping, product spectrum, market positioning, price elasticity, margins etc.
  • Facilitate in working special price need from bulk business clients in coordination with respective sales head.
  • Monitoring of Gross contribution. Drive price realization target by focusing on high GC product, Exclusive tests, streamlining discounts with direct impact on bottom line.
  • Overall Price control, Auditing & Monitoring.
  • Developed reports and scorecards to track and analyze key metrics and value captured from pricing activities. Revenue and margin. Submitting discounting report on regular basis.
  • New upcoming labs product mapping & price tagging.
  • Existing Lab product mapping & price tagging.
  • Pricing & Gross contribution calculation.
  • Documentation.
  • Work closely with marketing team in promo roll out and impact analysis of each promo. Discuss product trend analysis/ customer performance analysis with marketing team to take effective action.
