Description
- Welcome patients, families, and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional reception.
- Provide information about hospital services, policies, and procedures, ensuring guests are well-informed.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with various hospital departments to arrange special services for patients and guests, such as room upgrades, special dietary needs, or transportation.
- Assist in scheduling and managing appointments, ensuring that guests receive timely and efficient service.
- Organize and facilitate family meetings with healthcare providers when necessary.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes, ensuring a smooth transition for patients.
- Collect and document feedback from patients and guests to identify areas for improvement in guest relations and service delivery.
- Work with the Guest Relations Manager to develop and implement strategies for enhancing guest satisfaction.
