Description

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the nursing department, setting goals, objectives, and priorities in alignment with organizational objectives.
Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and nursing assistants, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and collaboration.
