Description

Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the physiotherapy team, including physiotherapists, assistants, and support staff.
Supervise and coordinate patient care activities, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols, safety standards, and best practices in physiotherapy.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practice guidelines.
Administer therapeutic interventions, exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to promote functional recovery and pain management.
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and support to junior physiotherapists, students, and clinical interns.
Facilitate ongoing professional development, continuing education, and skills training for clinical staff to enhance clinical competency and proficiency.
Oversee administrative tasks related to patient scheduling, documentation, billing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
