Description
- Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing marketing strategies to increase health check up business through higher penetration and awareness in catchment area.
- Identify and map the target customers (patients/regionally corporate & non corporate).
- Plan and organize initiatives like camps & awareness programs to increase product-promotion participation.
- Organize CMEs /Seminars and lectures for promotion of the activities and services of the medical faculty and specialties.
- Organize outreach programs with prospective patient community.
- Tracking leads mediated through TPAs, CMEs, camps etc. to tap new corporate tie-ups, convert into business.
- Explore newer services and opportunities with the clients and build long term relationships.
- Increase number of new tie ups and take care of renewals on regular basis.
- Make proposals & submit quotations to corporate clients/prospects.
- Service existing clients, Client retention and follow- ups.
- Manage and ensure high quality service delivery to high-end corporate clients.
- Report on feedback received through marketing activities.
- Collect the tariff of competitors.
- Coordinate with all related departments in hospital.
