Description

  • Keep an overview of the staffing needs via regular meetings with managers.
  • Design and update job descriptions that reflect the position’s requirements.
  • Determining selection criteria for the open positions, in line with the Manuchar culture & strategy.
  • Coordinate the full recruitment process:
  • Sourcing of potential candidates through different (online) channels.
  • First screening of potential candidates.
  • Plan subsequent interviews and assessments
  • Report back to the hiring manager on the status of the recruitment
  • Organize and lead feedback sessions and coordinate the hiring decision
  • Execute background checks when needed
  • Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.
  • Initiate and manage relationships with interim and recruiting agencies
  • Lead employer branding initiatives, both internally and externally.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
