Description
- Keep an overview of the staffing needs via regular meetings with managers.
- Design and update job descriptions that reflect the position’s requirements.
- Determining selection criteria for the open positions, in line with the Manuchar culture & strategy.
- Coordinate the full recruitment process:
- Sourcing of potential candidates through different (online) channels.
- First screening of potential candidates.
- Plan subsequent interviews and assessments
- Report back to the hiring manager on the status of the recruitment
- Organize and lead feedback sessions and coordinate the hiring decision
- Execute background checks when needed
- Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.
- Initiate and manage relationships with interim and recruiting agencies
- Lead employer branding initiatives, both internally and externally.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
