Description

  • Location: - Kumaraswamy Layout, Bangalore
  • Experience Required: - 2-3 Years/3-4 Years(Hospital experience is a must)
  • Qualification: - M.B.A. in Human Resources
  • Compensation: -  4LPA to 6LPA
  • Office Timings: - 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities: -

  • Executive - Administration & HR will be a core member of AastarUrmika Health Care and will work closely with the Director- Hospital Operations. Executive – Admin & HR is responsible to work closely with all the internal & external stakeholders across Aastrika on company general administration and human resources management.

 

Office General Admin Responsibilities

  • Staff # - Max 30
  • Admin Office and 7 bedded Maternity Centre

 

Gen Admin & Operations

  • Manage all communication of the company related to General Administration, Procurement, and Human Resources
  • Maintain office and center’s cleanliness and Hygiene in coordination with Inhouse HK.
  • Maintaining event calendar and coordination, managing office travel, meetings, and events calendar, and updating all stakeholders (employees, consultants, Board of Directors, etc.) accordingly.
  • Handling & coordinating Clients’ & consultants’ appointments on a regular basis.
  • Manage Travel and logistics arrangements. Arrange local & outstation travel for staff or guests in Bangalore locations and other locations as required.
  • Ensure timely Travel advance payments & settlement of the same.
  • Support in venue booking, Accommodation, and Hotel booking for business-related events as per company internal policy.
  • Make the necessary arrangements for holding company training & workshop events.
  • Maintain the Contacts database. Ensure efficient records and filing of all the documents.

 

Procurement and Asset Management

  • Procure office utilities and refreshment materials on time.
  • Procure all the assets and non-assets requirements of the company as per the company finance policy. 
  • Attending to Vendors and other stakeholders.
  • Liaison with Clients, Vendors, Consultants & any other stakeholders of the company.
  • Client Billing on services provided by the company and collecting payments.
  • Record keeping of invoices and coordination with the accounts department in the submission of necessary bills and receipts.
  • Maintain vendor database and obtain competitive quotes to ensure the best options.
  • Maintain asset register and ensure insurance coverage.

 

HR Responsibility

  • Recruitment and Exit Process -Manage Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, induction & exit.
  • Payroll -Manage employee compensation, payroll & social benefits.
  • HR Policy - Participate in the development & Implementation of Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Manage Expat employee recruitment, statutory compliance, onboarding, and settling in India.
  • Maintain Employee Records (Contracts, agreements, employee data, etc.,) according to policy and legal guidelines.
  • Leave Management -Handling attendance & leave of employees and keeping updated records of the same.
  • Statutory Compliance -Ensure statutory compliance of human resources function.
  • Training and Development -Be actively involved in organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Monitor Organization Culture- Maintain work environment.
  • Performance Management -Manage employee performance evaluation & maintain employee training & development calendar.
