Description

Provide immediate medical care to patients presenting with acute injuries, illnesses, or emergencies in the emergency department (ER).
Triage patients, assess symptoms, and prioritize treatment based on the severity of their conditions.
Perform emergency medical procedures, including wound suturing, fracture management, intubation, and resuscitation.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, CT scans, and laboratory results to support rapid diagnosis and treatment.
Administer medications, fluids, and other treatments to stabilize patients and manage pain.
Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive emergency care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient response.
Provide immediate care for life-threatening conditions such as cardiac arrest, strokes, trauma, and respiratory distress.
Educate patients and their families about emergency care protocols, follow-up care, and preventive health measures.
Maintain accurate, timely medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital protocols.
