Description

Conduct thorough clinical evaluations of patients with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck complaints, including history-taking, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions, including otitis media, sinusitis, tonsillitis, rhinitis, hearing loss, vertigo, vocal cord disorders, thyroid disorders, and head and neck tumors.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, patient preferences, and evidence-based practices, incorporating both medical and surgical interventions as appropriate.
Perform surgical procedures, such as tympanoplasty, mastoidectomy, septoplasty, rhinoplasty, tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, sinus surgery, thyroidectomy, parotidectomy, and head and neck cancer surgery, with proficiency and attention to patient safety.
Utilize minimally invasive techniques, including endoscopic sinus surgery, laryngeal surgery, and robotic-assisted surgery, when appropriate, to optimize patient outcomes and minimize morbidity.
Provide preoperative and postoperative care for surgical patients, including patient education, pain management, wound care, and follow-up assessments to monitor healing and recovery.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including audiologists, speech-language pathologists, oncologists, radiologists, and neurosurgeons, to coordinate care for patients with complex ENT conditions.
Participate in departmental meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care, promote best practices, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
