Description

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history review, physical examination, and diagnostic tests, to diagnose and treat disorders related to the ears, nose, throat, head, and neck.
Perform diagnostic procedures, such as otoscopy, nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, audiometry, tympanometry, and imaging studies (CT, MRI), to assess the extent and severity of ENT conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on diagnostic findings, medical history, and patient preferences, incorporating medical management, surgical intervention, and adjunctive therapies as appropriate.
Provide medical and surgical management of a wide range of ENT conditions and diseases, including but not limited to, chronic sinusitis, ear infections, hearing loss, tonsillitis, thyroid disorders, head and neck tumors, and facial trauma.
Perform surgical procedures and interventions, such as tympanoplasty, mastoidectomy, endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, thyroidectomy, parotidectomy, and neck dissection, with precision and care.
Manage post-operative care for surgical patients, including follow-up examinations, wound care, medication management, and patient education regarding post-operative instructions and expectations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including audiologists, speech-language pathologists, radiologists, oncologists, and other specialists, to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex ENT conditions and coexisting medical issues.
Educate patients and their families about ENT conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote optimal ear, nose, and throat health and well-being.
