Description

Conduct comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and diagnostic tests to determine the nature and extent of patients' ENT conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs, incorporating medical, surgical, and therapeutic interventions as appropriate.
Perform a wide range of ENT surgeries, including but not limited to tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, sinus surgery, ear surgery (tympanoplasty, mastoidectomy), and head and neck cancer surgery.
Monitor patients' progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Provide patient education regarding their condition, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote long-term health and well-being.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, audiologists, speech therapists, and oncologists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, examination findings, diagnostic test results, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Participate in departmental meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical practice and patient outcomes.
