3. Monitor utility parameters and ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and statutory norms.
4. Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
5. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for utility maintenance.
6. Maintain utility-related logs, records, and documentation.
7. Troubleshoot utility failures and implement corrective actions.
8. Ensure energy conservation and optimum utilization of resources.
