• Lead and manage the Engineering & Maintenance department ensuring uninterrupted hospital operations.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of utilities such as HVAC, Electrical systems, DG Sets, UPS, Boilers, Chillers, Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS), RO/Water systems, and STP.
• Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all plant and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (Electrical Inspectorate, Fire Safety, AERB, Pollution Control Board, etc.).
• Prepare and control annual engineering budget, AMC/CMC contracts, and spare parts inventory.
