Description
- Develop, implement, and manage the engineering-specific aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001, industry regulations, and company quality standards.
- Ensure that engineering processes, including product design, development, and validation, comply with QMS standards.
- Regularly review and update QMS procedures and guidelines to ensure continuous compliance with regulatory requirements and company goals.
- Identify areas for improvement in engineering processes and recommend changes to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement process control procedures to ensure the quality of products and services.
- Lead initiatives to optimize product lifecycle processes, including design, development, testing, and production.
- Conduct internal audits of engineering processes, design activities, and QMS to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for the preparation and execution of audits.
- Identify non-conformities or process inefficiencies and develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
