<ul><li>Vendor Development.</li><li>Process all purchase orders for Engineering, Maintenance and Stores Departments, Production related spare parts etc.</li><li>Assist the Buyer on special projects focused on cost reduction initiatives and process improvement.</li><li>Contact suppliers to resolve missed deliveries, short shipments and pricing discrepancies.</li><li>Preparation of purchase orders.</li><li>Check &amp; Process the Local , Raw &amp; Packing bills as per PO payment terms.</li><li>Calculate debit note amount against short supply or rejected materials delivered.</li><li>Logging Insurance claim against short /damage supply with proper document.</li><li>Checking of transportation bills with necessary deductions and others as per agreement terms &amp; conditions &amp; supplies.</li><li>Maintain MIS.</li></ul>
