<ul><li>Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of process equipment such as reactors, mixers, pumps, valves, centrifuges, dryers, and other production machinery.</li><li>Ensure the availability and reliability of plant utilities like boilers, chillers, AHUs, HVAC systems, water systems, and compressors.</li><li>Maintain and update maintenance logs, machine history cards, and breakdown records.</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues related to production equipment.</li><li>Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintenance checklists.</li><li>Coordinate with the production, quality, and safety teams to ensure minimal downtime and safe operation.</li><li>Handle equipment calibration and validation support as per schedule and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>
