Description

Lead and manage the engineering department, including engineering managers, project engineers, and technical staff, to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects and initiatives.
Develop and implement strategic engineering plans and initiatives aligned with the organization's overall objectives, vision, and mission.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to engineering team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Research and Development (R&D), Operations, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to support product development, manufacturing processes, and overall business objectives.
Drive innovation and technological advancements within the engineering department, identifying opportunities for process improvements, new technologies, and product innovations.
