Description

Diversified Extensive experience in operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical utilities like HVAC high side and low side, water systerns, compressed air, steam, electrical distribution, UPS and BMS including all areas of pharma utility & production equipment.
Responsible for planning, execution & Commissioning of the central utility project for their Formulation facility including transformers, DG sets, Vapor Absorption Chillers, IBR Boilers, Air Compressors, DM plant, etc.
Identifying scope for modifications in equipment, process flow, working practices, consumables, power, etc. for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced.
Engineering functions includes but not limited to Eng. Maintenance & Projects Management, Engineering excellencies. Eng. Quality compliances, Safety (EHS)Management's, capital & Revenue budget Engineering, power plants, Garments, Knitted
garments manufacturing plants.
Proven Track record in spearheading entire instrumentation, Utility/Maintenance Operations/Project/Commissioning/Validation, automation & maintenance, strategic leadership & project management.
Involved in CSV validation and in charge for GXP analysis for all manufacturing machines and identified gaps of 21cfr part 11 and making them compliance for same.
