Description

Develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives for the engineering department in alignment with the organization's overall vision and strategy.
Provide leadership and direction to engineering staff, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Establish performance metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of engineering initiatives.
