1. Plan and execute daily maintenance activities for production machinery, utilities, and plant equipment.
2. Ensure preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance tasks are completed on schedule.
3. Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
4. Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Stores to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
5. Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history, and calibration documentation.
6. Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new machinery and utility systems.
7. Monitor spare parts inventory, procurement needs, and cost control.
