<ul><li>Manage and supervise daily operations of the secondary packaging area.</li><li>Ensure packaging activities follow SOPs, GMP, and regulatory guidelines.</li><li>Monitor functioning of blistering, cartoning, labeling, and bundling machines.</li><li>Perform line clearance and ensure proper batch documentation before start-up.</li><li>Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks, sample collection, and approvals.</li><li>Maintain records of output, material consumption, and wastage.</li><li>Ensure availability of packing materials (cartons, labels, leaflets, foils, etc.).</li><li>Train and guide packing operators on procedures and safety practices.</li><li>Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate major breakdowns to engineering.</li></ul>
