<ul><li>Respond swiftly to emergency calls and administer emergency first aid and life support for the patient until they reach the hospital.</li><li>Provide prehospital emergency care such as bandaging wounds, treatment of shock and controlling bleeding.</li><li>Carefully assess the patient before diagnosing and administering any treatment.</li><li>Carrying a stretcher, securing the patient on it and transporting them to the ambulance.</li><li>Operate medical machinery like ECG, ultrasound, and defibrillators.</li><li>Ensure the patient is ventilated and ensure oxygen mask is provided when necessary.</li></ul>
