Job Description
- Prepare the operation theatre, surgical instruments, and equipment before surgeries.
- Assist surgeons and nurses during operative procedures.
- Ensure proper sterilization, disinfection, and maintenance of surgical instruments and OT equipment.
- Monitor patient condition and report any abnormalities to the surgical team.
- Maintain OT records, surgical logs, and inventory of consumables.
- Follow strict infection control, safety, and aseptic protocols.
- Handle emergency surgical cases efficiently and assist in patient transfer.
- Coordinate with nursing and support staff for smooth operation theatre workflow.
