5. Order and interpret urgent investigations (ECG, X-ray, ultrasound, labs) for rapid decision-making.
6. Coordinate with specialists (ICU, Surgery, Cardiology, Orthopedics) for timely referrals and admissions.
7. Document patient history, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge instructions accurately.
