Description

The Emergency Duty Doctors provides immediate and quality medical care to patients presenting in the emergency department , this role involves rapid decision making , effective communication , and performing medical procedures.
Perform rapid assessment and prioritize treatment for emergency cases.
Diagnose and manage acute medical, surgical, and trauma cases.
Administer emergency procedures such as intubation, defibrillation, and resuscitation when necessary.
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments based on patient conditions.
Stabilize patients and prepare them for further treatment, surgery, or transfer if needed.
Provide advanced cardiac life support and basic life support in emergencies.
Collaborate with emergency nurses, paramedics, and other medical staff to ensure timely and effective patient care.
Liaise with consultants and specialists for critical cases requiring advanced intervention.
Communicate clearly with patients and their families regarding the condition and treatment plan.
